Meet The Chef
Karl is a professionally trained, experienced chef from Shrewsbury, UK. He is passionate about food, takes a dynamic and innovative approach to work and is highly organised.
He studied at Shrewsbury College of Arts & Technology for three years, gaining a City & Guilds Level 3 Advanced Professional Chefs Diploma.
For several years Karl worked in the up and coming foodie scene around the town in award winning AA rosette restaurants. Wishing to expand his culinary horizons, he began working in some of the most prestigious ski resorts around Europe and the USA.
In more recent years, Karl has been working aboard both private and chartered Superyacht's in the Mediterranean and currently resides on a worldwide cruising vessel.
